January 2013 Meeting

 

Wednesday 23rd January is the

1st Meeting for the New Year.

 

Come along and see the

New 2013 Committee

inducted into their positions.

 

We will be having our yearly

'Trivia Competition',

organised by the amazing Marg.

 

Don't forget if you are unable to attend,

PLEASE let Lesley, our Assistant Secretary

 know by Sunday 20th January,

no later than 6pm.

 

This will make it so much easier

for catering purposes.

 

 

Remember, Aspley VIEW Club meets on the 4th Wednesday of the Month from January to November.

 

In 2013, in May it will be the 5th Wednesday.

 raising much needed funds for

'Learning for Life'.

Christmas Meeting

 

Wednesday 28th November

 

If you are coming along to our November meeting,

please let Lesley, our Assistant Secretary,

know in plenty of time if you

 are bringing a Guest.

Remember there is a limit of how many

people the room will hold.

240 is the upper limit,

and our Christmas Meeting

is always a big event!

 

Don't forget, if you are unable to be

with us on that day, please let Lesley

 know before Sunday 25th November,

or earlier if you can.

 

Don't forget to wear your green or red

and bring extra money for those

monster Christmas Raffles and

the over-flowing Trading Table.

 at 10.15am for a 11.00am start.

Don't forget we have the Trading Table (home cooking and craft work),

 Book Stall and our Regular Raffles (3 tickets for $2).

All money is going to our 'Learning for Life' Students.

The Club is organising a Movie day at the recently

re-opened Toombul Movie Cinema's.

JULY MEETING.

Don't forget our July Meeting is on Wednesday 25th July.

The theme of the day is 'Christmas in July'.

Come along in your Christmas outfits and get into the spirit of the day.

There will be an interesting speaker talking to us about 'Travel'.

Don't forget to ring Lesley by 6pm Sunday 22nd July if you are unable to come.

February Meeting

Wednesday 22nd February is our next Meeting Day. If you cannot attend, please contact our Assistant Secretary, Lesley on 3350 1110 by Sunday 19th February at 6pm.

January Meeting

Welcome 2012 with our 1st. meeting of the year on Wednesday 25th January, 10.15am for a 11am start.
Remember to contact our Assistant Secretary, June, to let her know you will not be attending by  Sunday 22nd January.
At this meeting we will be investing the 2012 Committee and also celebrating
'Australia Day'. Don't forget to come in Australia's colours of the flag (red, white and blue) or the sporting colours (green and yellow).
We shall also be having a Trivia game after our lunch. So get those brains active so you can answer all the questions.
